Privacy notice

What we do with your details.

Short version: we use what you send us to reply to you about a stay. Nothing else.

Who we are

Le Santé is a house near Lacabarède in the Tarn, France. For anything about your data, email lesantefrance@gmail.com.

What we collect

• When you ask about availability: your first name, email address, the months you're interested in and how long you'd like to stay.
• If you tick the box to send your estimate: the London rent figure you typed into the calculator and the estimate it produced.
• If you answer the optional questions: who you'd come with, whether you'd be working, and anything you write to us.

The cost calculator works entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into it is sent to us unless you tick that box and send an enquiry.

Why, and on what basis

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and arrange a stay (steps you've asked us to take). If you tick "tell me when next season's dates open", we'll email you about that, and you can say stop at any time.

Where it's kept, and for how long

Enquiries are stored by our website host, Netlify, and in our email. We keep them for up to two years after we last hear from you, then delete them. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.

Cookies and analytics

We don't use advertising cookies. The site remembers the month you picked for the length of your visit, in your own browser.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or France's CNIL (cnil.fr).
